- Advising on large complex claims arising from operational power risks in Indonesia, the Philippines, Malaysia, and MENA.
- Disputes under EPC and EPCM arrangements for power, energy and infrastructure projects, including advising on issues of Delay in Start Up / Advance Loss of Profits and industrial and commercial liabilities involving onshore energy, commercial solar and hydro power projects, a prominent UK tunnelling project, a European port expansion, and land reclamation works.
- Pursing and defending claims for losses incurred under commercial, construction and machinery supply contracts, arising from breach of warranty, negligent design, contract administration, supervision, and machinery breakdown.
Craig is a Senior Associate in the Property Energy & Construction team. After qualifying and practising in Australia, he joined Kennedys London office in 2017 before moving to Singapore.
Craig has a strong focus on property, energy, construction & engineering, infrastructure projects, insurance and disputes. He has particular expertise in handling commercially sensitive / strategically significant matters, as well as complex and high value disputes in this sector and is regularly engaged to pursue recovery of losses.
Craig is a member of the Society of Construction Lawyers and the Singapore Insurance Institute. He contributes to Kennedys’ external publications and provides seminars on a broad range of issues to clients across the Asia Pacific region.
