Amanda is a Senior Associate based in Kennedys’ Sheffield office. She has over 20 years’ experience in personal injury and occupational disease.

She represents commercial corporations, private clients, and large insurer clients.

Amanda specialises in occupational disease claims with considerable knowledge and experience in large value claims including hand-arm vibration syndrome and respiratory disease and asbestos related disease.

She is regarded as a go to person for all aspects of occupational disease and has successfully defended clams pursuing complex causation defences, limitation and strike out for procedural default.

Amanda supervises junior team members and frequently delivers training to clients and colleagues in the developments within personal injury and occupational disease.
