Tracey is an Associate in the firm’s Philadelphia office.  Her practice focuses primarily on insurance coverage litigation and cyber matters.  Tracey represents and advises clients with respect to a variety of complex insurance coverage matters involving a variety of insurance policies, including general liability, directors and officers liability, cyber, and first-party property policies, among others.  She has experience conducting depositions, leading arbitrations, and drafting pleadings and motions at all stages of litigation, and has worked on cases in courts throughout the United States. 

Tracey received her Bachelor’s Degree in History from Boston College, and her law degree from Temple University Beasley School of Law.  While in law school, Tracey was a Staff Editor and later a Research Editor for the Temple Law Review.  She also served as a Teaching Assistant for the Moot Court Competition Team as well as a Legal Research and Writing course.  In addition, while pursuing her law degree, Tracey worked as a judicial intern for both the Honorable David Strawbridge and the Honorable Wendy Beetlestone of the US District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania.

Work highlights

  • Obtained an award for a global vehicle manufacturer client from a three-member arbitration panel in a breach of warranty action brought in a Pennsylvania state court.
