Michael is an Associate in the firm’s Philadelphia office.  His practice focuses primarily on general liability insurance defense, along with insurance coverage litigation.  Michael focuses his insurance defense practice on catastrophic injury litigation involving both premises and automobile liability, Dram Shop claims, and product liability.  Michael also represents and advises clients regarding multi-faceted insurance coverage issues implicated by multiple types of insurance policies, including general liability insurance policies, employers liability policies, commercial landlord insurance policies, and commercial automobile insurance policies.  He has experience drafting pleadings, drafting and responding to written discovery, conducting depositions, writing, and arguing pre-trial motions, and also trial motions. 

Michael received his Bachelor’s Degree in Political Science from the University of Pittsburgh, and his law degree from the Temple University, Beasley School of Law.  While in law school, Michael clerked for the Honorable Judge Tonianne Bongiovanni, United States Magistrate Judge for the District of New Jersey, and interned at the Pennsylvania Innocence Project.
