Jonathan joined Kennedys as an Associate in 2020 and is based in the Philadelphia office. He is admitted to practice in New Jersey and Pennsylvania. Jonathan has experience representing clients in general liability and professional liability cases including legal, accountant, realtor, real estate appraiser, architect, insurance broker, and medical malpractice. He has also represented condominium associations and their boards of directors in defending claims of breach of fiduciary duty. His work on general liability includes defending clients on matters involving premises liability, construction defect, dram shop liability, toxic exposure, design and manufacturing defect, and failure to warn claims.

Jonathan graduated from Stockton University in 2013, with a Bachelor of Science in Finance. He then attended Rutgers Law School, graduating in 2018. During law school, he was awarded with the Jeremy Kane Scholarship, was a Public Interest Law Grant recipient, and completed pro bono work in conjunction with the Attorneys at the Mazzoni Center in Philadelphia.

In addition to his educational experiences, Jonathan served in the New Jersey Army National Guard for six years, attaining the rank of Sergeant by the end of his service. His tenure included deployments to Botswana and Qatar, in support of Operation Southern Accord and Operation Enduring Freedom.
