Eileen joined Kennedys as an associate in 2021 and is based in the Philadelphia office. She focuses her practice on advising clients in complex insurance coverage matters and commercial litigation, including bad faith. Eileen represents insurance companies in disputes in both state and federal courts, and has experience conducting depositions, and drafting and arguing motions at all stages of litigation. Eileen has previously served as second-chair during two trials.

Prior to joining Kennedys, Eileen represented insurers in insurance coverage matters at another Philadelphia firm.

Eileen previously served a judicial intern for the Honorable Marjorie O. Rendell on the Third Circuit Court of Appeals where she conducted legal research and helped draft judicial opinions.

Eileen graduated from Temple University Beasley School of Law in 2018. During her time at Temple Law, Eileen was a member of the Moot Court Team, arguing in a variety of competitions focusing on healthcare law, evidentiary law, and telecommunications and regulatory law. In 2018, Eileen placed second in The National Telecommunications and Technology Moot Court Competition.
