Bridget is an Associate Attorney in the firm’s Philadelphia office. Her practice focuses primarily on cyber risk and data privacy matters, handling incident response and advising on compliance issues related to national and international data privacy and cybersecurity regulations. As well, Bridget handles defence matters related to premises liability and general litigation.

Bridget co-authored the book, Data Privacy and Cybersecurity Law: Risks and Mitigation, providing an overview of international data privacy and cybersecurity law, and proposing a holistic approach to bridge the gap between legal requirements and real-world threats. Bridget’s work has also been published in the Singapore Academy of Law Journal Special Issue on Law and Technology, in an article entitled Defensibility: Changing the way Organizations Approach Cybersecurity and Data Privacy.

Bridget is a Certified Information Privacy Professional by the International Association of Privacy Professionals, earning her CIPP/US in 2019.
