Nathalie joined Kennedys Paris office in 2022.

She holds a Master’s degree in arbitration and international trade (Master 2 Arbitrage et commerce International) from the University of Versailles and a Master’s degree in International and European Law (Master 2 Théorie et pratique du Droit international et Européen) from the University of Paris X Nanterre-La Défense.

At Kennedys, Nathalie intervenes for leading (re)insurers and major policyholders in complex and international disputes before French courts and arbitral tribunals. Her practice covers a large range of litigation and arbitration matters including, inter alia, (re)insurance disputes, transport (by road, air and sea), commercial disputes, political risks and trade credit, industrial risks, product and professional liability, construction and cyber risks.

 Prior to joining Kennedys, she interned at multiple international organizations and a law firm specialized in international law.

 She is fluent in English, Spanish and French.
