Louis Costedoat

Louis joined Kennedys Paris office in 2023, he is an Attorney at Law admitted before the Paris bar (2024) and an associate in our Paris office since 2024.

He holds a Master’s degree in Insurance Law from the University Paris II – Panthéon-Assas, a Masters/LLM in International Management & Law from HEC Paris and a Certificate of English Law from the University of Birmingham (UK).

At Kennedys, Louis intervenes for leading (re)insurers and major policyholders in complex and international disputes before French courts and arbitral tribunals. His practice covers a large range of litigation and arbitration matters including, inter alia, (re)insurance disputes, transport (by road, air and sea), commercial disputes, political risks and trade credit, industrial risks, product and professional liability, construction and cyber risks.

Prior to joining Kennedys, he worked for two major French companies in the energy industry and interned in a French international law firm based in Paris.

Louis is fluent in both French and English.
