Thomas is an Associate in the New York office. His practice focuses on complex coverage disputes including those arising under directors’ and officers’ (D&O) liability policies, representations and warranties policies, and commercial general liability policies.
Thomas received his Bachelor’s Degree in History from Boston College and his law degree from Fordham University School of Law. During law school, Thomas interned for Chief Administrative Judge Michael Yavinsky in the Kings County Criminal Court. Thomas also served as the Treasurer of the Irish Law Students Association and an Associate Editor for the Moot Court Board.
