Marissa is an Associate in the New York office. Her practices focuses on complex coverage disputes including those arising under directors’ and officers’ (D&O) liability policies, commercial general liability policies, and cybersecurity and data privacy policies. She also practices in the area of data privacy and security, including breach response and compliance.
Marissa received her Bachelor’s of Business Administration Degree from Baruch College and her law degree from Brooklyn Law School. During law school, Marissa interned for the Honorable Judge Claire R. Kelly in the U.S. Court of International Trade and for the Honorable Magistrate Judge Ramon E. Reyes in the Eastern District of New York. Marissa was also published on her law school’s Corporate, Financial, and Commercial Law Journal. She was also a coach and competitor for the Moot Court Honor Society. Marissa also received two CALI Awards for Legal Writing during law school.
