Ariella is an Associate in the New York office, specializing in complex insurance coverage matters primarily involving complex commercial directors and officers (D&O) liability, professional liability, financial institutions liability, and transaction liability.
Prior to joining Kennedys, she worked at New York insurance coverage firms where she represented domestic and international insurance carriers in the context of directors and officers liability, employment practices liability, financial institution bonds, and professional liability. Ariella has experience providing coverage advice and counsel to carriers as well as representing carriers in all stages of coverage disputes, including through coverage litigation.
Ariella is admitted to practice in New York and Massachusetts. She graduated from Boston University for her undergraduate degree, and earned her law degree from Northeastern University School of Law. After law school, Ariella served as a Law Clerk for the Superior Court of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.
Ariella has been recognized as a "Rising Star" by New York-Metro Super Lawyers (2021-2022) and New York-Metro: Women's Edition (2021)
