Adam is an experienced insurance coverage and litigation associate in the New York Office. He provides legal analysis and advice to insurers and reinsurers on questions of coverage, first- and third-party claims, and coverage litigation, with a focus on first-party property claims. His litigation experience encompasses all aspects of coverage defense, from pre-suit investigation to final resolution. Adam has successfully defended insurers in matters across the United States.

Adam earned his Bachelors Degree in English Literature and Rhetoric from Binghamton University, and he received his Juris Doctorate from St. John’s University School of Law. While at St. John’s, he was a member of the American Bankruptcy Institute Law Review.

Before joining Kennedys, Adam bolstered his litigation experience at firms throughout New York, including several years representing policyholders in first-party claims.
