Sneh is an associate in the Miami Office where she primarily defends insureds against third party personal injury claims and insurance carriers against first party property claims. 

Barred in both Illinois and Florida, Sneh joins Kennedys with prior experience in both jurisdictions as an insurance defense attorney, concentrating her practice in defending insurers and insureds against first and third party personal injury and property damage claims, as well as, premises liability and bad faith litigation.

Sneh graduated from UIC John Marshall Law School (formerly “The John Marshall Law School”) located in Chicago, IL. As a member of John Marshall’s Trial Advocacy & Dispute Resolution Honors Council, Sneh participated in the National Trial Advocacy Competition held in Lansing, Michigan, and coached first year law students for John Marshall’s annual 1L Mock Trial Competition. Sneh has also participated in giving continuing education presentations to insurance adjusters employed by small and large insurance companies, on topics such as bad faith litigation, coverage disputes, and evidentiary standards. Lastly, Sneh is conversational in Hindi and Gujarati.
