Triona Fitzgerald

Triona is a Senior Associate based in Kennedys’ Manchester office. She qualified as a solicitor in England and Wales in 2008 and is also a qualified solicitor in the Republic of Ireland. She joined the Kennedys’ Manchester team in 2020 after spending 7 years working in-house for a commercial bank and an international insurer.

She deals with a broad range of professional negligence claims against Solicitors, brokers, construction professionals and accountants.

She regularly acts for solicitors on a range of professional negligence claims including property transactions, trusts and probate and failed litigation. She also regularly provides coverage advice to insurers in respect of a range of professional negligence claims and directors’ and officers’ policies. She has also advised insurers on cover for financial institutions.
