- Successfully resolving pre-action liquidator claims against four insured volunteer director clients for alleged wrongful trading and misfeasance.
- Separately obtaining two English High Court anti-suit injunctions to require London Arbitration.
Louise is a Senior Associate based in Kennedys’ London office. She qualified as a solicitor in England and Wales in 2015 after completing her training contract at Kennedys.
Louise is part of Kennedys’ financial and political risks team and regularly advises London Market, domestic and international (re)insurers on a diverse range of policy coverage issues arising from national and international claims and losses. Her primary focus is on advising on D&O, FIPI, and Crime policy coverage and defence. Louise also acts in defence of insured persons and companies in a range of commercial disputes, including insolvency matters.
Louise supervises one of her team’s trainee solicitors and is a member of the Forum of Insurance Lawyers (FOIL).
