Lindsay is an associate in Kennedys’ Products Law and Life Sciences team. Her practice is focused on product recall and product liability matters, with particular expertise in handling claims involving medical devices and consumer health products. Lindsay represents global manufacturers in multi-jurisdictional litigation, including group actions. Notably, Lindsay was part of the team who successfully defended The DePuy Pinnacle Metal-on-Metal Hip Litigation, a complex product liability group action culminating in a landmark judgment in the English High Court (Gee & Others v DePuy International Limited).
