John is a London-based Consultant of Kennedys and is a Centre for Effective Dispute Resolution (CEDR) Accredited Mediator.

John has over 30 years’ experience in dealing with wide-ranging commercial litigation and insolvency issues for financial institutions, private clients, accountants and insolvency practitioners.

He has considerable experience in dealing with all aspects of banking litigation, including debt recovery, resulting and constructive trust claims, tracing, advising banks on their obligations upon receipt of international and domestic court orders, mis-selling of interest rate hedging products claims and enforcement of security.

John has significant experience in dealing with fraud-related matters, including applying for domestic and worldwide freezing orders, search orders, ancillary disclosure orders and pursuing recovery actions.

John acts for a number of insolvency practitioners and advises on all aspects of insolvency and restructuring issues.

He frequently contributes to notable publications and lectures to clients on commercial litigation and insolvency issues.

John is a member of the Insolvency Lawyers’ Association, R3 (the Association of Business Recovery Professionals), the Fraud Advisory Panel and CEDR Exchange Network.
