Anne-Marie is a Senior Associate in our London office and has extensive experience in handling international and cross border disputes including product liability (pharmaceutical, consumer, engineering and clinical trials) as well as employers’ liability, personal injury (including HSE), and construction and engineering disputes. She also has over 10 years’ experience in general aviation and aviation related liability issues, including regulatory losses.

Anne-Marie’s work includes experience in handling and monitoring international and multi-jurisdictional claims arising on behalf of insurers, manufacturers and carriers in various jurisdictions including Italy, France, Spain, Croatia, New Zealand, Denmark, Singapore, Jordan, UAE, Ethiopia, Sudan. She also has significant expertise in dry dock damage, hull, crew and deep sea diving claims.

She has advised manufacturers, designers and insurers on a number of leading product liability disputes, class actions and international claims including the IOL class actions as well as on behalf of UCB and Bausch & Lomb, as well as acting for a major US manufacturer in relation to a US $150 million defective products mass tort claim in Italy. Anne-Marie also worked on the Black Bushe air crash, which resulted in the CVR being adduced for the firm time in civil litigation matters.

Anne-Marie is a member of the Forum of Insurance Lawyers, and regularly contributes to articles in insurance and legal publications.
