Tony Boyes

Tony has over 25 years’ experience of handling disease claims for insurer and self-insured clients. He has handled the full complement of disease claims across a variety of industries.

Tony has particular expertise in handling high value and complex claims arising out of asbestos exposure, resulting in mesothelioma, lung cancer and chest conditions, as well as hand-arm vibration syndrome, work-related upper limb disorders and noise induced hearing loss. He is an expert in limitation. 

Tony also deals with high value employers’ liability claims and property owner and public liability claims within the social housing sector. He has niche expertise in dealing with contractual and policy coverage issues.

Tony regularly shares his knowledge and expertise at internal and external training events for clients.
