- Advising on coverage and acting as monitoring counsel on behalf of insurers in respect of claims, securities class actions, regulatory proceedings and investigations brought against their insureds all over the world
- Representing insurers in defending large scale, complex and multi-jurisdictional insurance litigation and arbitration
- Defending claims brought against companies and their directors and officers in respect of claims in negligence, misrepresentation, fraud and breach of contract
- Completed a secondment in Hong Kong with a major international insurer, dealing with their financial lines claims
Janice is an Associate of Kennedys Hong Kong office. She qualified in November 2020. She is an insurance lawyer specialising in financial lines and professional indemnity matters. She also has significant experience in insurance related disputes and litigation. She is fluent in Cantonese, English and Putonghua.
