Emily is the Lead Counsel in Kennedys Employment Team in Hong Kong, and is qualified in Australia (2002), England & Wales (2005) and Hong Kong (2009).

Emily has over 18 years’ experience in advising employers in the insurance sector, high net-worth individuals, inter-broker firms, law firms and accountancy firms, financial institutions and senior bankers on a wide range of employment and employment litigation matters.
