Mark is a Senior Associate in our Dublin office who has long-standing expertise in defending professional indemnity claims against solicitors, accountants and insurance brokers and valuers. Mark also specialises in professional indemnity claims against construction-related professionals such as against Engineers and Architects.
In addition, Mark is a member of our Insurance team and advises insurers on coverage and policy issues in relation to professional indemnity insurance claims and in general. He also has significant experience in alternative dispute resolution methods for complex claims including arbitration, mediation and conciliation.
Mark is a member of the Law Society of Ireland.
