Noura Sultan

Noura is an Associate in Kennedys’ Copenhagen office. She is a Foreign Qualified Lawyer (England & Wales) for Kennedys in Denmark.

Noura specialises in complex insurance coverage and defence matters across all types of D&O and financial lines liability insurance. In particular, she has experience advising global insurers on notifications, claims, and coverage liability in relation to D&O, Professional Indemnity, and Crime insurance policies.

She also has experience handling complex, high-value and multi-party claims in the financial sector, and advising London market insurers on coverage matters involving civil and criminal proceedings and investigations.

Her work often involves an international element including all methods of alternative dispute resolution in different jurisdictions, with her current workload involving cases emanating from Europe, the United Kingdom, and the Middle East. She also regularly acts as monitoring Counsel for overseas lawyers.

Before joining Kennedys in 2022, Noura spent three and a half years with a global city firm in their London, Dubai and Abu Dhabi offices. She has also recently completed a secondment with a major global insurer in London, focusing on complex financial lines insurance claims.

Noura is also a member of the Forum of Insurance Lawyers (FOIL).
