Michael joined Kennedys as an Associate in 2022 and is based in the Chicago office. His practice includes counselling and defending insurers in complex coverage matters, litigation, and disputes, including those involving commercial general liability, professional liability, employment practices liability, and bad faith claims. Michael also has significant experience defending Fortune 500 Companies and small businesses in a variety of civil litigation matters, including commercial litigation, mass tort, construction negligence, medical malpractice, product liability, premise liability, asbestos, and environmental matters.

Michael earned his law degree from DePaul University College of Law. While in law school, Michael was a member of DePaul’s prestigious Appellate Moot Court Society and served as its Team Manager. He was inducted into DePaul’s Chapter of the Order of the Barristers for his performance at regional and national moot court competitions.
