Gabrielle joined Kennedys as an Associate in August 2020 in the firm’s Chicago office. Her practice focuses on the representation and counsel of insurance companies in complex coverage matters and litigation and disputes including those involving professional liability, cyber liability, data breach claims, construction, design defects, commercial general liability, bad faith claims, property damage, products liability, class actions, mass tort liability claims, directors’ and officers’ liability, toxic tort, asbestos, and environmental matters. Prior to joining Kennedys, Gabrielle worked as an attorney for an insurance coverage law firm in Chicago and a well-known major US and global general contractor construction firm.

Gabrielle graduated from Yale University with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Classics (Latin) with significant coursework completed in Astrophysics. She went on to receive her Juris Doctor from Notre Dame Law School, where she was a Merit Scholarship Recipient and served as the Senior Articles Editor for the Notre Dame Journal of Legislation. Gabrielle also served as the Alumni Relations Chair of the Hispanic Law Students Association, Mediator for the Applied Mediation Clinic at Notre Dame’s Clinical Law Center, and was selected as Notre Dame’s Representative to the Chicago Inn of Court.

Ms. Gaule is licensed to practice in Illinois and is a member of the Chicago Bar Association, Illinois State Bar, and American Bar Association. She currently serves as an active member of the Insurance Law, Commercial Litigation, Class Action, International and Foreign Law, and Cyber Law and Data Privacy Committees for the Chicago Bar Association.
