Alberto is a partner in our Buenos Aires office, who studied law at the University of Buenos Aires. Since starting his professional career he has acted for leading international insurers and reinsurers in Argentina and also in other markets around the world.
He has applied his experience in insurance law to many high-profile claims in Argentina’s insurance market, mainly related to banking, stock exchange activity, energy, construction, mining, commercial, public services, health, aeronautical and maritime transport, either in the contractual and extra-contractual liability of companies and their managers and professionals involved.
Alberto is co-author of the book entitled “The Global Directors and Officers Deskbook” published in the United States of America.
His practice sees him lead a team that represents insurers and reinsurers in their administrative relations with regulatory agencies and courts across all jurisdictions in Argentina.
He is a member of the Public Bar Association of the City of Buenos Aires and of the Province of Buenos Aires, as well as the Association Internacionale de Droit des Assurances (AIDA) – Rama Argentina.
