Ernesto Villamil

Ernesto is an Associate in Kennedy´s Bogotá office.

He holds a master´s degree in Administrative Law from Universidad del Rosario (Colombia) in which he obtained the recognition “Magna Cum Laude”; a postgraduate degree in Procedural Law from Universidad Nacional de Colombia and a certification as extrajudicial conciliator in lay of the Chamber of Commerce of Bogotá.

Ernesto specializes in litigation and conflict resolution in matters of public and private law.

Ernesto is experienced in handling litigation and other proceedings before judges, high courts and administrative entities in civil, commercial, administrative, labour, tax and family matters, he also has experience in resolving commercial and insurance disputes through litigation and settlements.
