Ciara Brady

Ciara is a senior associate in our Bermuda office. She advises public and private international and local companies as well as leading financial institutions and funds on a range of corporate, corporate finance and restructuring matters.

Ciara is admitted as a Barrister and Attorney in the Supreme Court of Bermuda, is qualified (not practicing) as a Solicitor in England and Wales and is a former member of the Law Society of British Columbia, Canada.

Ciara represents clients from a variety of sectors, including banking, insurance, mining, commodities, pharmaceuticals and financial information and analytics and she has considerable experience working with Bermuda’s regulators.
