Dani is an associate at the Basking Ridge office. She joined the firm in 2017 and is a member of the Defense group. Dani represents insureds and insurers in relation to personal injury claims, specifically motor vehicle accidents.

After completing law school, Dani became a judicial clerk for the Honorable Bradley Ferencz, J.S.C., in the Civil Division of the Middlesex County Superior Court. Before entering civil litigation practice on the defense side, she practiced criminal defense as an Assistant Public Defender, and has also handled civil matters on the Plantiff’s side. She also served as trial counsel at the law office of Eric H. Bennett, for GEICO Insurance Company. She has successfully defended numerous high exposure/high policy limit cases at the trial level on behalf of insureds.

Dani graduated from The Ohio State University, where she was a Division 1 athlete, with a major in Sociology. She subsequently attended Thomas M. Cooley Law School where she earned her law degree. During law school, Dani worked as a teacher’s assistant, instructing students in evidence and trial practice.

She was admitted to practice before the state courts of New Jersey in 2008. She is a member of the American Bar Association, American Trial Lawyers Association and New Jersey Defense Association.

  • Handled hundreds of motor vehicle lawsuits in NJ where the plaintiffs were seeking significant damages for personal injury and other loss, and has a well-respected reputation for achieving extremely favorable results for our clients and their insurance carrier, either through a defense verdict at trial, winning summary prior to trial, or negotiating settlements far below the plaintiff’s demand.
