Cyber risks

With a cyber team located across our global offices, we can help you respond swiftly and seamlessly to a cyber event wherever it might be.

Cyber attacks are an ever present and increasing risk, and there is no absolute protection model that will keep pace with the evolution and sophistication of these attacks. Every organisation is at risk of financial loss, damage, disruption and reputational damage.

Cyber knows no jurisdictions, which is why our global offering is so important to our ability to provide you with rounded advice. We have cyber lawyers in our offices located across Europe, Asia Pacific, Latin America, the United States and Bermuda.

You benefit from our global cyber team with extensive experience across all lines of insurance business affected by cyber risk, including:

  • Coverage issues and silent cyber risk exposures
  • Policy drafting and wording
  • Reducing exposure to new and unforeseen risks from new technologies.
  • Data breach and cyber incidents

In cyber claims, time is of the essence which is why we handle new instructions on a 24/7/365 basis. You can either do this through your existing Cyber Breach Response service (hotline or email), or through Krisis, our multilingual incident response service. The service allows Kennedys to provide a co-ordinated team to respond effectively and in a timely manner, whilst also protecting your position.
