We are pleased to announce that we have been recognised as one of the Best Law Firms in England and Wales for professional negligence in The Times' Best Law Firms 2021.
In addition, we have also been commended within the insurance category and also in the personal injury & clinical negligence category.
The annual rankings, complied by Statista, an international market research firm, asked 4,619 solicitors in England and Wales to recommend the best law firms in any of the 26 categories covering business, public and private-client fields. The firms with the most votes made it onto the report. Respondents were not allowed to choose their own law firm or vote more than once.
In a short summary, The Times stated that:
“Strong growth in Europe and Latin America pushed annual turnover up by 9 per cent at this partnership, where impressive revenue at overseas branches is nearly matching the levels at its 11 offices in the UK.
This year Kennedys, which has particular expertise in insurance, has advised many insurers and reinsurers on Covid-related matters including cancellations, business interruption and employers' liability. In February it launched Kennedys IQ, a platform that uses artificial intelligence to help insurance companies to detect fraud, settle claims and manage data and is described as “Kennedys without the lawyers".
