Kennedys’ global network of legal services is supported in Brazil, through its association with AZ Cardoso Advogados (AZC).

Due to the legal regulations in Brazil, foreign law firms are not able to practise local law in Brazil.

Led by founding partner, Danielle de Azevedo Cardoso, AZC specialises in the areas of Insurance and Reinsurance, as well as Corporate and Commercial law.

Danielle works as an arbitrator for the CBMI, The Brazilian Center for Mediation and Arbitration, in the area of contractual law, with a focus on insurance and reinsurance.
