Fleur is a partner in our professional liability team. Her practice is split roughly 40/60 between coverage instructions and defence work.
Fleur regularly advises insurers on the response of financial lines policies, with a special interest in professional indemnity, directors’ and officers’ (D&O) and pension trustee liability coverage issues.
Fleur’s defence work focusses on claims against financial professionals and brokers, as well as construction disputes (where she acts mainly for professional consultants, including architects, engineers and surveyors).
Time in-house has provided Fleur with invaluable insight in relation to insurers’ priorities and drivers.
Fleur is also a member of the London FOIL Executive Committee.
Qualifications
- Qualified in England and Wales in 2002
