Alexandra is an Associate in Kennedys’ London office in the international arbitration and commercial litigation team. Alexandra acts for ultra-high net worth individuals, family offices, international conglomerates and domestic companies. Alexandra works on a range of commercial matters, from intellectual property disputes to enforcement of foreign judgments, with a special interest in Cryptoassets.
Alexandra has worked on arbitrations under major international institutions including the International Chamber of Commerce and is an active member of the Young International Arbitration Group.
Alexandra has been seconded to the Bermuda office (via New York) since October 2022. Since joining, Alexandra has had experience in handling a diverse range of Bermuda matters.
Alexandra has acted on a range of cross-jurisdictional insolvency disputes and civil litigation related to fraudulent activities, which has necessitated the unravelling of complex financial schemes. To bolster her UK practice, Alexandra has continued work on corporate fraud matters with both New York and Bermuda aspects. Alexandra has also better developed her practice in share appraisal litigation.
