AI clearly has enormous potential to change the way we work by automating all kinds of high-volume, labour-intensive tasks.
But in the midst of the AI gold rush, businesses are also starting to realise that AI tools need to be designed, managed and used carefully to minimise the risk of error and bias, privacy and security concerns, and intellectual property infringement.
