In Spanish FEMS (Women in Insurance Executive Forum) and Fundación FLOR will be delving into the context of women in the insurance industry in Argentina and the yet to be solved inequality gaps. The importance of managing based on a comprehensive gender strategy will be one of the focuses and "Mentoring Program" as a tool to promote women's access to leadership and generate changes in the organizational culture will be introduced. The necessary steps for its design will be outlined and different examples of successful implementation experiences will be highlighted. Financial planning, women and age will also be discussed as a possible next step for the insurance industry.
