Dive In Festival 2023 - Overcoming Bias to become Innovative (Denmark)

The virtual event Overcoming Bias to Become Innovative will take on the theme ‘Unlocking Innovation: The Power of Inclusion’ from a Scandinavian viewpoint as we delve into the challenges and opportunities connected with establishing an inclusive culture that allow and value diverse perspectives that will move the insurance industry forward.

In a collaboration between AIG, Kennedy’s, and Mercer, the event will comprise of a keynote speech by Christina Lundsgaard Ottsen, author and psychologist, Ph.D., based on her work on cross-cultural diversity and cognitive bias. It will be followed by a fireside chat with Kennedys associate Noura Sultan, Elisabeth Hellemose, Norway Branch Manage at AIG and Lea Lønsted, Pay Equity Leader, HR Transformation at Mercer, as they share their perspectives on the subject.
