Dive In Festival 2023 - Mind the gap: Why social mobility matters (UK)

Tying in to the overriding theme of Innovation within the Dive In festival, our panel made up of internal and external professionals will explore what the insurance industry can be doing better to attract a broader demographic and support people through their careers on their social mobility journey.

Panellists will bring different perspectives and personal experiences to the topic, with discussion to include topics such as how companies have tried to remove barriers through recruitment processes, if and why socio-economic background is still such a factor in career development and what speakers can share around best practise in their organisations.

Our hybrid panel event will be followed by a networking reception encouraging further discussions between attendees around the topic of social mobility in the workplace.
