Dive In Festival 2023 - GAINing the most from your talent pool: Inclusivity of Neurodiverse Talent (Ireland)

As part of the Dive In 2023 Theme of "Unlocking Innovation - The Power of Inclusion", we invite you to join our event which will look at the fundamentals of attracting, retaining, and harnessing talent within a neurodiverse talent pool.

You will hear from expert speaker Vic Mazonas at GAIN (Group for Autism, Insurance Investment & Neurodiversity) on the advantages and challenges of employing a neurodiverse workforce within the insurance industry, followed by a panel discussion from Insurance industry professionals, including Kennedys' Dublin office managing partner, Joanne O'Sullivan, on how we can provide clearer pathways for organisations to unlock this talent.

To close, our expert from AsIAm, Niamh Grennan (an Irish organisation supporting adults on the neuro diverse spectrum), will provide you with some practical tips on how we can all make a difference.
