Dive In Festival 2023 - Desbloquear a Inovação: O Poder da Inclusão (Portugal)

Roundtable with innovation hub awards. This year we launched a contest of ideas to be presented at the Festival.

Main objective: development of initiatives that promote innovation and inclusion factors in the insurance community, considering Dive In's purposes and values.

Each idea will be presented to the Sponsor Committee and it includes the following details:

• Implementation of a pilot based on the idea selected by each Sponsor.
• Publication of the selected idea on the Sponsor's website/intranet with special mention of its proposer.
• Presentation of the selected idea during the Dive In event in Portugal.
• Presentation of the idea when executed in Dive In's global media decision committee and evaluation criteria.

The ideas presented will be evaluated by a Decision Committee composed of Sponsor representatives. The criteria to be evaluated and on which the decision will be made are:

• Presentation: the creativity, dynamism, communication and exposure of the idea.
• Concept: the originality of the idea will be evaluated, as well as its relevance in the promotion of diversity and inclusion.
• Impact/investment: the viability of the idea will be evaluated both in the short and long term term.
• Degree of compliance with the project's purposes and values.
