Diversity in management

In collaboration with the student association Kvindelige Jurister, Kennedys’ Copenhagen office are hosting a' "Women in Business" event at their offices on 14 March 2023.

Kennedys partner Heidi Bloch and Associate Noura Sultan will be joined by Professor Sara Louise Muhr from the Copenhagen Business School who has researched management identity and Human Resource Management (HRM) for over 15 years.

Attendees will learn all about diversity in management, unconscious bias and inclusive leadership, as well as receive an update from Noura Sultan on the stricter legal requirements which came in to place as of 1 January 2023, to achieve more gender diversity in management of certain Danish companies.
