We are delighted to be hosting our Boardroom Breakfast ‘Update on Sexual Harassment Regulation’ held at our Sydney office on Thursday 14 March 2024.
During this boardroom breakfast, Chris Molnar and his team will discuss:
- The new positive duty imposed on employers to take measures to eliminate sexual harassment in the workplace.
- The new regulatory powers of the Australian Human Rights Commission to investigate and enforce compliance with the positive duty.
- Practical steps employers should consider.
