How long have you been at Kennedys for?
I started with Carroll McNulty & Kull prior to the merger with Kennedys in September 2013.
What is a typical day like in Austin?
We enjoy working together and typically come into the office. As a small office, we find ourselves on Teams meetings and calls throughout the day with clients and colleagues around the country. It is a fast paced and collaborative environment.
What is your one piece of advice for those starting out in their career?
Go beyond thinking of your work as discrete assignments, and focus on how you can contribute to the overall strategic goals of your client’s case.

What does true leadership look like to you?
Leaders encourage the people around them to be better by providing the guidance, resources and encouragement for success of the entire organization.
