Q&A
How long have you been working at Kennedys?
11+ years (more than 4 Years with Kennedys and previously 7.5 Years with Carroll, McNulty & Kull, i.e. “CMK”) and I am a Partner.
What is your one piece of advice for those starting out in their careers?
Be open to take, and work hard on any assignment – even if perceived as basic, it may be a hidden opportunity to gain knowledge in a particular subject area, and develop or refresh a skill.
What does true leadership look like to you?
There are so many components, but will distil it to three Fs – a mix of Foresight, Fairness, and all led with Fierceness.
How has your career grown since starting at Kennedys?
Tremendously and invaluably, through the opportunity of working with the Senior Partnership and handling a spectrum of complex insurance coverage matters.
