Charlotte Helms

Charlotte is a solicitor in Kennedy’s Wellington office. She assists in advising clients on a wide range of matters including general civil litigation, disciplinary complaints against professionals, construction and employment disputes.

Prior to joining Kennedys, Charlotte gained experience in litigation support with a large national law firm, and providing support to an independent barrister. This experience fostered an interest in people centric disputes and alternative dispute resolution.

Charlotte is drawn to the variety which insurance law provides and enjoys bringing a practical approach to resolving disputes.
