Joshua Parsons

Joshua is an Associate in Kennedys insurance team in Sydney specialising in trade credit and political risk matters involving the application of trade credit insurance policies to commodities trade debts. He also has experience in multi-party litigation in Supreme and Federal Court jurisdictions, as well as advising directors and officers in respect of regulatory action and ASIC prosecutions.

Joshua has experience across a range of different areas including commercial litigation, ASIC regulatory investigations and coverage disputes. Prior to becoming an Associate, Joshua worked at Kennedys as a Paralegal for over 3 years and completed the Law Graduate program.
