Jessica is an Associate in Kennedys insurance team in Sydney specialising in commercial and insurance litigation and dispute resolution. Her practice is primarily focused on financial lines and professional liability.
Jessica has acted for various insurers and policy holders in complex, multi-party disputes in the NSW District and Supreme Courts, and the Federal Court of Australia, helping to provide comprehensive coverage and defence advice.
Prior to joining Kennedys, Jessica gained advocacy and advisory experience in a range of commercial and insurance matters acting for state government agencies and private clients. She also undertook an internship at the NSW Chief Magistrates Office in 2022, where her policy proposal to improve efficiency and outcomes in NSW Local Court domestic and family violence matters was adopted by the Chief Magistrate and is currently being implemented across the state. This experience gave Jessica a unique and deep understanding of effective civil dispute resolution strategies and solutions.
