George Lello

George is a Senior Associate in Kennedys’ Sydney office, specialising in a variety of insurance practice areas. George works on a range of professional indemnity matters as well as insurance coverage matters involving the application of trade credit insurance policies to commodities trade debts. Having worked for a large Australian firm and completing a secondment within the complex claims team of a major national insurer, George has developed significant experience in a variety of insurance matters. Prior to moving to Australia, George practised insurance litigation in his home country of New Zealand where he acted for a range of insurers and insured parties, including a major Australasian insurer in litigation arising from the Canterbury Earthquakes and Christchurch rebuild.
