Erica Ayad

Erica is a senior associate based in our Sydney office.

Erica defends a broad scope of general and complex personal injury, product and property damage claims commenced in the Federal, Supreme and District Courts of various jurisdictions including New South Wales, Victoria, Queensland and the Australian Capital Territory.

Erica has a particular focus in general and catastrophic personal injury claims arising out of mining incidents and construction/building site incidents and has managed a range of portfolios on behalf of major construction companies. Erica’s role extends to defending both litigated and unlitigated claims across multiple jurisdictions, dealing with a range of varying clients and commercial insureds.

Erica is highly regarded by clients for her service excellence, technical advice and commercial approach at managing costs and risks and resolving claims.
